We are here to make your refund process easy and seamless. In this article, you can learn all about canceled orders, refund timelines via credit card and PayPal, incomplete refunds, and currency-related refund issues.
All sales are final and no refund will be issued unless both parties included in the transaction agree to cancel an order, or the PartnerUp dispute resolution team decides that a refund is justified.
If an order is placed with an influencer but the buyer fails to follow through with the order, or requests to cancel for reasons outside of PartnerUp’s control, such as a lack of planning or organization, they will be subject to a fee upon refund.
Canceled orders: Refund to your account
If your order was canceled and a refund is accepted, the funds will be credited to your PartnerUp Balance. PartnerUp doesn’t automatically process refunds to your payment provider after an order’s cancellation. You will see the credited funds just next to your profile picture.

Once a refund is initiated, the refund will take different amounts of time to reflect—depending on which method you choose to receive the funds.
Refunds to a different card or PayPal account
We are only able to refund funds to the original payment source used to process the payment. PartnerUp is not able to change the card or PayPal account to where the funds will be credited.
