It is free to search and create an account.

Can my request be declined?

We do not decide who a content creator can and can not work with. Any declined work will be processed as a refund from the content creator.

Where are my files stored?

All your design files are conveniently and securely stored in your PartnerUP.co order or messages for 90 days and available for download.

What are the different licensing types?

Regular. The buyer has the right to use the creative provided in their business social post and additional marketing creatives without any change to the creative content. Provided creative is not allowed to be sold or used by any business other than that of the purchasing brand unless otherwise agreed upon on the platform.

Extended. The buyer has the right to use the creative provided in their business social post and additional marketing creatives with the ability to modify the creative as needed for the purposes of the marketing needs. Provided creative is not allowed to be sold or used by any business other than that of the purchasing brand unless otherwise agreed upon on the platform.

Limited. The buyer does not have the rights to use the creative content for additional marketing needs and the creative is only subject to the described use in the post offer. Provided creative is not allowed to be sold or used by any business other than that of the purchasing brand unless otherwise agreed upon on the platform.

Can I write a review for my creator(s)?

Yes, we highly encourage you to write a review and rate your experience.

In some cases posting your offer and allowing the talent to come to you, is the best fit for your needs.

Requests for offers provides an opportunity to evaluate your options and choose the best creator based on factors you choose for your needs.

Review Your Request

When creators post an interest for request, you will be notified through your Account Center > Requests. You can approve or ignore the submission.

Secure Payments

To become a creator you must create your profile and STRIPE account.

Create your service offers. You have control over thinks like price, service type, revisions, platforms, and more. You will also be prompted to create your Stripe Express account to collect payouts.
To become a creator you must “List a Service”

Using your listings page, brands will request your services.

Once ordered, our internal messaging service allows you to contact the brand to arrange product delivery and clarify details.

If product is part of the arrangement, it is the content creators responsibility to complete the job based on the timeline agreed upon once the product is received.

“The brand will be responsible for e shipping and cost unless otherwise agreed upon.”

Content

Produce content based on agreed upon specification and deliver approval of content through our messaging service marked as delivered.

Approval

If no revisions are requested and all requirements are meet, brands will be requested to approve the content delivery.

Complete

After approval, we will release payment, minus a 7.5% commission to your Stripe Express account at which point you can choose when to deposit the funds into your connected bank account.
