Requests for offers provides an opportunity to evaluate your options and choose the best creator based on factors you choose for your needs.

When creators post an interest for request, you will be notified through your Account Center > Requests. You can approve or ignore the submission.

Secure Payments

Once approved, proceed to payments. Payment to your selected creator(s) will only be released after you confirm the task complete in the order.

How do I get started?

Start by creating your free account. Complete your profile so that content creators can learn more about your brand and your needs. Search through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube content creators. Once you find the content creator(s) you want to work with, safely purchase their services through PartnerUp. We hold your payment until the work is completed. Once the work is completed, receive your high quality content from the creator directly through the platform.

How much does it cost to post a service request?

No cost. All posting are free and service fees are only assessed for a completed service.

What are the costs to hire a content creator?

Content creator pricing is set and determined by the individual . In additional to the individual pricing, there is a 7.5% transaction fee plus credit card fees.

What are the credit card fees?

Credit card fees are 4% + $.30 USD per transaction.

What type of payments do you except?

We accept all major credit & debit cards, service fees may apply.

Can I request a refund after work has started?

Refunds can only be processed if both parties agree once the process has started. Our creators earn income based on their time and efforts, refunding after they have started work on your task must be a mutual agreement. Payments are guaranteed provided that the services have been performed as requested and the order has not been canceled by the creator.

Can my request be declined?

We do not decide who a content creator can and can not work with. Any declined work will be processed as a refund from the content creator.

What platforms does PartnerUp promote?

Currently we only promote listing your services on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube

Is PartnerUp an agency?

No. PartnerUp is a self-service platform. We simply offer the platform for you to find creators.
